Problem specification in Online Team Collaboration System


Problem specification is one of the basic and important phases of project phase. When the basic problem is determined, it is documented and the symptomatic problem is analyzed, then the current list of basic problem is completed. A system is simply a set of components that interact to accomplish some purpose.
In "ONLINE TEAM COLLABORATION SYSTEM" , the users want to use this system should be registered then he will be allowed to use the system .Every users that they want to use this system must login with their username and password. Then he will be allowed to use the project tracking system and messaging system.

          The “Online Team Collaboration System  is used by three levels of users. They are
          1. Team member
          2. Team Leader
          3. Administrator.

1. Team Member
          After login checking of every team member he will be allowed to use the following services.
          1.MyTasks.
          2.Messages
          3.Files Uploading
          4.Edit Profile
          5.Folder Creation  
 
2.Team Leader   
After login checking of team leader he will be allowed to use the following services
          1.Add new project
          2.Add members to the team.
          3.Allot tasks to the team members.
          4.Check Task status.
          5.Files Uploading.
          6.View Incoming files
          7.Edit Profile
          8.Messages
3.Administrator
          After checking the security credentials he will be allowed to use the following services.
          1.View/modify/delete Team member profiles.
          2. View details of All teams.
          3.Modify  team profiles.
