The system has clear set of objectives to achieve. They are as follows:

a). Reliability:

The system must be able to process any size file irrespective of format

b). Security:

The system provides internal password access to the user so that other users cannot access the files encrypted by one user.

c). Feasibility Analysis:

i)        Economical:

                     For small projects, economic conditions are not much considered.

ii)      Technical:

Technically VS.NET provides all the required enhancements to complete project.

iii)          Operational:

                     All the operations in the system can handle by VS.NET.

iv)          Benefits:
